"INDIA IS AMAZING! I called her to get a quote and promised her I would call her back within a month and I did ! Her service is superior , she also explained and helped me get other benefits add on what else would benefits me outside of full coverage car insurance ! And I GOT A DEAL ! When I think of State Farm I think of the amazing customer service I was given by Tamara! She really cares to help and that’s hard to find specially with big companies like State Farm! "Choose an agent's office who's staff won't lie to you about discounts, specifically how you, the client, will be billed. 03/12/2025, Thanks for the response. I was definitely told that if I don't continue with my death policy there were no other options for a bundle discount. Truth is, I am now receiving a discount on vehicle and home insurance. So if not lie, perhaps non accurate sounds better. Secondly, I was told that if I choose to pay my bill early I have to provide my payment through this office. Not accurate, one time payments, auto pay, and scheduled payments can all be paid securely on statefarm's website."

"Poor customer service. This location is very interested in sales. Once you've purchased the policies that you need with no interest in additional policies, the office staff is dismissive and suddenly not knowledgeable."
