"UPDATE: I've now received an email from the office about a past due payment when, again, I cancelled everything last month & even contacted corporate to cancel. In response to the response - I know it takes time to process. When I called corporate, those changes had never been put in at all & the phone agent finally began processing things for me. I had never had an issue with State Farm until I had to use an in-person agent. I bought a new car and it took weeks of me calling regularly to get my vehicle updated with Tamara's office. I moved and changed my renter's policy address last month and that was never updated. I cancelled both auto and renters on the 13th, and they only processed my auto cancellation, even though I confirmed three times both policies were cancelled. When I could finally speak to a corporate agent, that's when I was able to get anything changed, but my address STILL was not updated an entire month later, even though I had called with the new one and emailed it. I will never return to State Farm after using Tamara as my agent. And no, I don't want anyone reaching out to me to fix things. I'm fed up with trying to talk to y'all."

I’m so sorry about your bad experience at my office. I was not aware of this issue and I wish that I was so I could’ve addressed your concerns myself. Upon speaking to Aemie our Customer Service Manager about your concerns she forwarded an email that was sent to you 06/13 addressing your concerns and was very apologetic. I have forwarded you this email I’m referencing. When we put through the request to our Service Department they work in date order and they’ve been quit behind on service request. We can’t physically make the change happen automatically, it goes through a department who handles our request to process them.
